Common Induction Standards Toolkit CD
These resources have been compiled to enable your staff to meet the revised Common Induction Standards produced by Skills for Care (revised June 2010). The induction is required for all staff new to your organisation and it must be completed within 12 weeks of them starting their employment. Inspectors may ask to see evidence that they have completed the induction. The materials are printable so you can use them with all your new staff.
